Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
½ frozen banana, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup mango, ½ cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon flaxseed

Adjusting Liquid: If you're using frozen spinach you may need to add more liquid before blending. If you prefer a thinner smoothie instead of a thick one, add more liquid.Banana: you can use a fresh or frozen banana, I prefer frozen banana as it makes the smoothie thicker and creamier. Spinach: I was using frozen spinach here but you can use fresh too. Mango: feel free to use fresh or frozen mango. Protein Powder: feel free to add a scoop of unflavored or vanilla protein powder.
