Using a handheld mixer or in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla bean paste until you have medium peaks. Use immediately.
1 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Notes
Over-Whipped: If your vanilla whipped cream looks over-whipped, stop the mixer and drizzle in some more cold heavy cream. Mix together everything with a rubber spatula.Heavy Cream: You can use heavy cream or heavy whipping cream (I don't recommend using regular whipping cream, it doesn't have enough fat in it). Make sure it is COLD though!Storage: Use immediately and place the whipped cream in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
