Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C. Lightly grease a ramekin with baking spray or use a pastry brush to brush over vegetable oil.
In a blender, blend together all of the main ingredients. If you want to add any mix ins (like nut butters, spreads or cocoa powder) add them now. Pour into your ramekin. If you want to use chocolate chips or berries, sprinkle them over now. If you want to add jam, swirl that in now.
Pour into your baking dish and bake for 22-25 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before eating.
Notes
The calories listed is just for the baked oats, the mix ins are not included. Ramekin: Make sure your ramekin is big enough before baking or it may overflow! The batter should only reach half or three quarters of the way up. Also make sure to grease it properly before pouring in the mixture.Honey: you can replace honey with agave or maple syrup. Oats: I don't recommend using steel cut oats, use old fashioned rolled oats or oat flour.Storage: This is best eaten on the day of making! Making Ahead: Prep the dry ingredients the night before to make it quicker for the morning!
