Instructions
Thinly slice your tomatoes using a bread knife and place on a serving platter. Arrange basil leaves in between the slices. Sprinkle salt over the tomatoes.
Drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle over some more salt and black pepper.

If you wish, you can tear the burrata up into smaller chunks like I did!
Notes
Tomatoes: I used a mixture of large tomatoes and small tomatoes on the vine. For the smaller tomatoes I cut in half instead of thinly slicing.Burrata: you can sub in mozzarella for a traditional Caprese salad. Olive Oil: try and use a high quality olive oil here!Balsamic Vinegar: traditionally a caprese salad doesn't have balsamic vinegar, but you can definitely add it if you want! Storage: this burrata Caprese salad is best enjoyed immediately.
