Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
1 cup almond milk, ½ cup frozen spinach, 1 frozen banana, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 1 tablespoon nut butter

Add Ins: feel free to add chia seeds, hemp hearts, protein powder, Greek yogurt or a mini cucumber.Spinach: if you're using fresh spinach, use 1 cup instead of ½ cup.Milk: feel free to use regular milk, oat milk, soy milk, or any other milk.
