In a blender, pulse the oats, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt
Pour into your ramekin and then add in your milk, vanilla extract, orange juice and orange zest. Whisk everything together.
Bake for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool for a few minutes then enjoy!

Don't want gooey oats? Using a ramekin will give you a slightly undercooked and gooey center, but if you prefer your oats to be all the same consistency then pour your oats into a wide and shallow baking dish instead.Dairy-Free: feel free to use a dairy-free milk instead of regular milk.Storage: I recommend eating the oats straight away, however you can also store the cooled oats in the fridge overnight. Reheat in your oven or microwave.
