Yogurt Plum Cake

Step 1: Whisk melted butter with white sugar and two eggs.

Step 2: Add yogurt, vanilla extract and almond extract. Whisk until smooth.

Step 3: Pour in dry ingredients and fold everything with a rubber spatula. 

Step 4: Pour into an 8x8 pan, sprinkle over sliced plums and almonds.

Step 5: Bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Let cool completely.
