White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Bundt Cake

This cake was such a hit! It was a perfect light summertime dessert and the whole family loved it. I will definitely switch it up with different jam flavours, such a fun recipe!

Only 10 ingredients needed for this bundt cake

Make sure to heavily grease your bundt pan. Preheat your oven to 350

Whip your butter and sugar until very airy and  fluffy

Add in your eggs one at a time, make sure to scrape the bowl after each addition

Add in your dry ingredients in 3 additions, alternating with the buttermilk

Take out 1/2 cup of batter and mix with raspberry jam. Mix until smooth

Fold in white chocolate chunks with the rest of the batter

Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan

Carefully spoon or pipe the raspberry batter on top

Add the remaining batter. Bake for 45-60 mintues

Tip: A dark metal pan will bake faster!
