Vodka Pasta Recipe

Cook your pasta until al dente. Save 1 cup of pasta water!

Heat up olive oil and add garlic and onion. 

Add tomato paste, calabrian chiles, and vodka (if using)

Pour in cream and let simmer for a few minutes, stirring. 

Add the cooked pasta along with butter and parmesan.

Stir everything together. If too thick, drizzle in some of the reserved pasta water.
