Tiramisu Cake Recipe

Whisk together your flour, salt and baking powder

Whip up your eggs and sugar for 2-3 minutes until very thick

Bring your milk to a simmer, then add in your oil and butter. Stir until melted

Add your dry ingredients to the bowl. Then slowly pour in the milk mixture

Bake your three layers at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes

Add hot coffee to your sugar and brandy, let the sugar dissolve. This is your syrup

Pour simmering cream over chopped chocolate. Let it sit for a few minutes then whisk

Whip your butter and mascarpone together until smooth

Add in the rest of your frosting ingredients and use immediately

Brush the syrup over each layer, then smooth over your ganache. Frost the cake with the mascarpone buttercream
