Pecan Pie Cheesecake

Mix pecan graham cracker crust ingredients until moist. Press into springform pan and bake.

Combine cream cheese with sugar and light brown sugar. 

Add sour cream, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix again. 

Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed. 

Pour into cooled cheesecake crust and bake. Let cool overnight.

Roast pecans for 10 minutes until toasted. 

Make a caramel on the stove by melting butter, sugar and heavy cream together. Fold in pecans.

Pour pecan caramel topping on top of chilled cheesecake.
