This delicious Apple Crisp is made with apples, pears, and is covered in an amazing ginger oat topping. It only takes 15 minutes to prepare

- Apples - Pears (optional) - Brown Sugar - Lemon Juice - Flour - Ginger - Salt - Vanilla - Oats - Butter

Gather your Ingredients

Combine all of the topping ingredients together in a jug. Make sure everything is moistened, then place in fridge.

Make the Topping

Chop your apples and pears (if using) and place in a glass bowl. Cover in the lemon juice

Make your Filling

Toss in the rest of the filling ingredients, making sure all the apples are covered.

Butter a 9-inch dish and pour in your filling. Make sure there are no gaps. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Sprinkle over your oat topping and bake for 50-55 minutes. If it gets too brown, cover with foil.
