Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes

Mix together your flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside

Cream together butter and sugar until light

Add the eggs and vanilla, then pour in your sour cream, dry ingredients and lemon zest

Pour in your milk and mix until smooth.

Pour into your cupcake tin and bake for 22 minutes

Combine all the filling ingredients and heat for 5 minutes

Pour into a tray and let cool completely

Cream together your sugar and butter until light and fluffy

Add in your extracts, salt, freeze dried strawberries and cream

Core out each cupcake and fill with the preserves. Then frost each cupcake
