Strawberry Cake with Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting

1. Blend strawberries in a food processor blender. 

2. In a saucepan, heat until you have 1/2 cup left of strawberries. 

3. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. 

4. Add the butter and mix on low until it looks like damp sand. 

5. Add the egg whites and whole egg, don't forget to scrape the bowl!

6. Mix the strawberry puree with the other wet ingredients. 

7. Pour in the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. 

8. Divide the batter evenly and bake in the oven. 

9. Beat the butter and icing sugar together, then add cream cheese. 

10. Add the freeze-dried strawberry powder and mix. 

11. Frost the cooled cake with the strawberry cream cheese frosting!
