Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies

In a stand mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the butter with the sugar and light brown sugar until fluffy

Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat again. Scrape the sides of the bowl so everything gets combined!

Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder on low speed.

Fold in your sea salt caramel chips, but keep a few to the side!

Bake for 11-14 minutes at 350 degrees.

Once out of the oven, gently press on those extra white chocolate chips to get that bakery look!
