Salmon Pasta with Creme Fraiche

Cook your pasta according to package directions. Set aside but make sure you save some of the pasta water!

Melt some butter in a saucepan and add minced garlic and chopped shallots. Cook on medium-low. 

Add creme fraiche and bring to a simmer. Add parmesan, lemon juice, lemon zest and strips of smoked salmon. Simmer.

Add the pasta back in, feel free to thin the sauce with the reserved pasta water. Add chopped parsley. 

Serve in bowls or plates and top with extra parmesan cheese and lemon zest. Enjoy!
