Rigatoni Al Forno

Brown sausage with olive oil, garlic and onions.

Add chili flakes and ground pepper, then add tomato paste.

Add canned tomatoes, bay leaves and salt. Let simmer until thick.

Cook rigatoni pasta and set aside.

Add the pasta to the tomato sauce and some mozzarella.

Pour into a dish and cover with more mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta.

Bake until golden brown and bubbling!
