Recipe for Peanut Butter Pie

Make your crust first. Cream your butter and sugar, then add your egg.

Add your cocoa powder, then press into your pie crust. Bake briefly. 

Whip your heavy cream until you have stiff peaks

Add your cream cheese and peanut butter, then your sugars, butter, salt and vanilla 

Fold in your whipped cream gently. Pour into your crust and chill for at least 3 hours. 

Cover the chilled pie with chocolate ganache. Add toppings if you wish and let set!

Let it chill for another 2-3 hours before slicing it up.
