Raspberry Blondies

Whisk melted butter with light brown sugar, egg, egg yolk and vanilla

Fold in flour, baking powder, corn starch and salt. 

Pour in frozen raspberries and chocolate chips. 

Fold everything together until the chips and raspberries are evenly distributed.

Pour into an 8x8 greased and lined pan. Even out the top. 

Bake for 32 minutes. Let them cool completely before slicing.
