Pumpkin Pie with Graham Cracker Crust

Step 1: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Step 2: Use the bottom of a measuring cup to press into your pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes. 

Step 3: In a bowl, whisk eggs with light brown sugar, sugar and vanilla. 

Step 4: Add in the pumpkin puree and spices. 

Step 5: Pour in the heavy cream and sour cream, whisk until smooth.

Step 6: Carefully pour the pumpkin filling into the graham cracker crust.

Step 7: Bake for 40-50 minutes, until edges are set but middle is still jiggly.

Serve with homemade whipped cream and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs!
