Pear & Apple Crisp with Ginger Oat Topping

Ingredients Needed for the Topping

Combine the oats, flour, spices and slivered almonds 

Add your butter and mix with your hands 

Ingredients for the Filling

Peal, core and chop your apples and pear. Place in a large bowl 

Toss with the remaining ingredients for the filling

Pour the filling into a buttered 9 inch pan 

Cover with the topping and bake for 55 minutes
