Oreo Frosting

In a stand mixer on low speed, beat the room temperature butter with confectioners' sugar.

Increase the speed to medium-high and beat until it has a fluffy texture. 

Stop the mixer, then add the vanilla extract and salt. Mix again.

Put the mixer on low speed and slowly pour in heavy cream until it is spreadable.

Fold in the Oreo cookie crumbs until well combined.

Use as a cake filling, or to top cupcakes or snack cakes!
