Oreo Drip Cake

Ingredients needed for the cake:

Whisk together your eggs, oil, buttermilk, vanilla and oil in a jug until smooth

Whisk your dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add in the wet ingredients

Pour the batter into 2 greased and lined baking pans and bake at 350 for 35 minutes

Ingredients needed for the Oreo buttercream and drip: 

Slowly beat the butter with the confectioners' sugar until smooth

Increase the speed to medium-high until light and fluffy

Add your vanilla, salt and crushed Oreo cookies. 

Add your chopped chocolate to a bowl and pour over your cream. Microwave in 15 second bursts

Mix until smooth. Let it sit until you have the right consistency 

Place one layer down and cover in frosting. Sprinkle over chopped Oreos. Add your second layer

Frost the entire cake and place in the fridge for 10 minutes. Cover with your chocolate drip.
