Nutella Filled Cookies

Scoop out your Nutella and freeze for at least half an hour.

Brown your butter and let it cool completely.

Whisk your flour with your cornstarch, baking powder and baking soda.

Add your light brown sugar, white sugar and salt to your butter and whisk.

Whisk in your egg, egg yolk and whisk again until smooth.

Fold in your dry ingredients and your chocolate chips. Chill for 15 minutes.

Scoop out your dough and place the frozen Nutella in the middle of each cookie dough ball. Bake!
