Miso Chocolate Chip Cookies

Melt brown butter on the stove, then stir until it begins to brown. Pour into a bowl.

Mix in the light brown sugar, sugar, miso paste, salt and vanilla extract.

Whisk in the egg and egg yolk until smooth.

Whisk the flour with the baking soda and baking powder in a separate bowl.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet. Stir in chocolate chunks.

Scoop out 2 tablespoons of dough and chill for 1 hour.

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven and enjoy!
