Mint Chocolate Cupcakes

Whisk together all of the dry ingredients for the chocolate cupcakes. 

Whisk all of the wet ingredients in a jug until smooth.

Pour the wet into the dry, mixing until smooth with a rubber spatula.

Scoop out the cupcake batter into lines and bake.

Mix the butter with the confectioners' sugar.

Add mint extract, green food gel, salt and heavy cream.

Frost each cupcake and enjoy!
