Mini Apple Pies with Puff Pastry

These mini apple hand pies are made with store-bought puff pastry! These are perfect for fall and apple picking season!

Ingredients Needed

STEP 1: Place all of the apple pie ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat

STEP 2: Cook for a few minutes, then pour in a bowl to let cool. 

STEP 3: Roll out your puff pastry and cut out your shapes. Place on parchment lined sheet.

STEP 4: Add the filling and brush an egg wash along the sides.

STEP 5: Add the top and crimp the 2 pieces together. Sprinkle over cinnamon sugar.

STEP 6: Bake in your preheated oven until golden and crispy!
