Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cookies

These brown butter chocolate chip cookies are STUFFED with a gooey marshmallow! They take just 20 minutes to prepare and are so soft and chewy.

Before you get started, place your marshmallows in the freezer for 1 hour. 

Melt your butter in a saucepan and then let it brown. Once browned, pour into a bowl and let it cool

Add your two sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, salt and nutmeg and beat on medium speed.

Add your egg and egg yolk and beat again until smooth

Fold in your flour, then fold in your chocolate chips

Scoop out 2.5 tablespoons of dough and flatten it. Place a frozen marshmallow in the middle then fold the dough over.

Chill your cookie dough for at least 1 hour, or you can freeze for up to 2 months

Bake at 350 for 11-12 minutes. Allow them to cool slightly before placing on a wire rack
