Marbled Chocolate & Vanilla Cupcakes

Combine softened butter with oil and sugar until creamy and fluffy.

Add vanilla extract. Then add 2 eggs one at a time, beating well after each one.

Whisk all of the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. 

Add the dry ingredients in 3 additions, alternating with buttermilk.

Scoop out 3/4 cup of batter and mix with cocoa powder and some milk.

Use a small cookie scoop to scoop the batter into a cupcake pan, alternating the vanilla and chocolate batter.

Swirl the batters together with a toothpick, then bake in the oven!

Top with your favorite frosting and enjoy!
