Lotus Biscoff Cake

Whisk the eggs with the light brown sugar for 1 minute until you see small bubbles. 

Add in the cookie butter spread, yogurt, oil, vanilla extract and salt and whisk until smooth.

Fold in the flour, spices, baking powder and baking soda. 

Pour into a lined 8x8 pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.

With a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat the butter with the confectioners' sugar until fluffy.

Pour in the cookie butter spread, salt and vanilla extract. 

Pour in the heavy cream a tablespoon at a time until it is your desired consistency.
