Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

This moist lemon poppy seed bundt cake is made with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. It is soaked with a lemon sugar syrup and then drizzled with a lemon glaze.

Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy

Add in the eggs one at a time. Then add dry ingredients and wet ingredients

Fold in lemon juice and lemon zest

Fold in poppy seeds

Pour into buttered bundt pan and bake

While cooling, dissolve sugar and lemon juice. Brush over the warm cake

Whisk together melted butter, powdered sugar and lemon juice to make a glaze
