Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake

Toss blueberries in some flour - this helps them not sink while baking!

Whisk all of your dry ingredients together and set aside.

In a food processor, mix lemon zest with sugar to create lemon sugar. 

Add all of the wet ingredients and combine.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, then stir in the blueberries. 

Pour into a loaf pan and bake. 

Once cool, drizzle over a lemon glaze and add some more blueberries!
