Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake

Step 1: Toss blueberries with some flour, then set aside. 

Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk flour with salt and baking powder.

Step 3: Pour sugar in a food processor with lemon zest and pulse, this makes lemon sugar.

Step 4: Add the eggs, melted butter, sour cream and vanilla. Mix again. 

Step 5: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir. Add the blueberries. 

Step 6: Pour into your loaf pan and bake!
