Kanelbullar Recipe (Swedish Cinnamon Buns)

1. Warm up your milk and add your yeast

2. Whisk all of your dry ingredients together 

3. Pour in the milk, eggs and butter and mix

4. Let the dough rise for an hour and a half 

5. Roll out the dough, brush butter on it, and sprinkle your filling over. Fold it over then slice into strips

6. Twist each one and place on a baking sheet to rise for 45 minutes

7. Just before baking, brush with an egg wash and sprinkle over pearl sugar
