How to make edible cookie dough

Ingredients needed for edible cookie dough bites

First step to make edible cookie dough safe is heat treating your flour. Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Beat your butter and two sugars together until light and airy, then add your vanilla

Reduce the speed to low, then pour in the flour, salt and nutmeg

Pour in the milk and fold in your chocolate chips. 

Use a 1/2 tbsp to scoop out the dough, let it chill for 10 minutes

Melt your chocolate in the microwave. Dip each cookie dough bite in the chocolate

Sprinkle with a bit of sea salt and enjoy!
