Honeycomb Caramel Brownies
- 2 eggs + 1 yolk - 1/2 cup light brown sugar - 1/2 cup sugar - 1 tsp salt - 5.5 oz butter - 1/4 cup cocoa powder - 4 oz chocolate - 1/4 cup vegetable oil - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp flour - 3/4 tsp vanilla - 2 Crunchie honeycomb bars
Make caramel shards: boil water and sugar until it turns amber, pour on to parchment paper and let cool
Whisk together eggs, yolk, sugars, oil and vanilla until smooth
Melt butter & chocolate over a double boiler. Add cocoa powder. Once smooth, pour in sugar mixture and fold in flour.
Pour into greased tin, then sprinkle caramel shards on top. Bake at 350F.
Take brownies out of the oven after 24 minutes and gently the honeycomb candy on top
