Homemade Carrot Cake Recipe

This carrot bundt cake is made with shredded carrots, lots of warm spices and is topped with a cream cheese glaze. Plus, it only takes 10 minutes to prepare!

Whisk together oil, eggs sugar, vanilla extract, spices, baking soda and salt. 

Fold in your flour until the batter is smooth. 

Fold in your shredded carrots and chopped walnuts. 

Grease your bundt pan and pour the batter in. Bake!

Whisk confectioners' sugar, cream cheese and some milk to make a glaze.
