Homemade Almond Toffee

Place butter, light brown sugar, sugar, and molasses in a pan. Bring to 250 degrees Fahrenheit over medium heat.

Whisk until it reaches 300 degrees Fahrenheit, then pour into a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle over chocolate chips, then use an offset spatula to cover the toffee with chocolate.

Sprinkle over toasted flaked almonds. Let it cool and set completely.

Break into small pieces and enjoy! This is perfect for gifting.
