Healthy Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Whisk together all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

Whisk pumpkin puree, mashed bananas, shredded carrots, oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and fold everything together until smooth, then add the chopped pecans. 

Pour into a loaf pan that has been greased and lined.

Bake for 80-90 minutes. Let it cool completely before slicing.

Enjoy right away! Or slice it up and keep in the freezer!
