Healthy Breakfast Muffins

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and spices.

In a large jug, whisk the eggs with the mashed banana, light brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, coconut oil and milk

Fold in your shredded carrots and mix until everything is combined. 

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix everything together.

Pour the batter into a greased muffin bake and bake! 

Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin pan.
