Gingerbread Cookie Bars

Whisk together 1 egg and brown sugar until thick. Pour in melted butter, yogurt, molasses, spices, salt and vanilla extract.

Fold in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix until there are no more streaks of flour. 

Grease an 8x8 baking pan and line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan. 

Bake in the oven for 20-23 minutes. Let it cool completely. 

Combine butter with cream cheese frosting. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. 

Top the cooled bars with frosting and add Christmas sprinkles! Slice into large rectangles or smaller squares.
