Ginger Molasses Cookies

Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and spices in a bowl. Set aside. 

Cream together light brown sugar and softened butter until light and fluffy.

Add 1 egg, molasses, vanilla extract and apple cider vinegar.

Fold in your dry ingredients until there are no more streaks of flour. Chill for 1 hour.

Scoop out 1.5 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls and roll int sugar.

Bake the cookies! If they don't have enough cracks in them, hit the pan on top of the stove once or twice.
