Easy French Toast Recipe

Whisk melted butter with maple syrup and light brown sugar. Brush on to the bottom of your pan.

Whisk together all of the custard ingredients until smooth.

Dip each slice of brioche bread in the custard then place in the pan. Pour extra custard on top.

You can leave it overnight in the fridge or bake immediately. 

Serve with powdered sugar, fresh fruit and maple syrup!
