Cinnamon Crunch Banana Bread

Mix together all the topping ingredients and put in the fridge

Whisk your flour, spices, baking soda and salt together 

Cream the butter until smooth with a paddle attachment 

Add your two sugars and mix again until airy 

Add in your egg and vanilla extract

Add your mashed bananas. It might be lumpy but that's fine! 

Add the dry ingredients in 3 additions, alternating with the sour cream 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Pour batter in an 8.5x4.5 lined pan 

Sprinkle over your streusel and bake for 50 minutes

Let it cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
