Easy Carrot Cake Recipe

This super moist carrot cake is the perfect cake for Easter. It is light, fluffy and covered with a dreamy cream cheese frosting. 

Step 1: whisk together the oil, sugar, eggs, spices, vanilla, baking soda and salt 

Step 2: Fold in the flour until the batter is smooth.

Step 3: Fold in your carrots and nuts

Step 4: Pour into 2 cake pans and bake for 50 minutes

Step 5: Whip heavy cream, salt and vanilla until thick

Step 6: Beat in cold cream cheese until smooth

Step 7: Frost your cake and decorate with nuts
