Cranberry White Chocolate Muffins

Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. 

Mix your eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract and buttermilk. 

Pour in the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth. 

Fold in the white chocolate chips and cranberries. 

Line a muffin pan and fill each one with your batter. Sprinkle over sparkling sugar and bake.
