Cookies and Cream Cinnamon Rolls

These soft and fluffy cookies and cream cinnamon rolls have a cocoa powder and crushed Oreo filling!

Warm up your milk so it is lukewarm. Mix in your yeast and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Increase your speed to medium and mix for 3 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour. 

In a bowl, whisk together your cocoa powder, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.

Roll out your dough into a large rectangle. Brush on softened butter and sprinkle over your mixture as well as crushed Oreos. 

Roll up the dough and then slice into 12 portions. Place into a buttered dish and let rise for 1 hour. Pour in warm heavy cream. 

Bake the cinnamon buns for 25 minutes, until golden brown. Drizzle over a glaze and serve!
