Coffee Cupcakes

Beat butter with oil and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.

Whisk espresso powder with the remaining dry ingredients.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until smooth.

Pour the cupcake batter into liners and bake!

Top the cooled cupcakes with frosting and enjoy!
