Cinnamon Rolls with Apple Pie Filling

Combine apple pie filling ingredients and simmer.

Pour into a bowl and mix with cornstarch. Let cool.

Warm up the milk and mix with the yeast. Let sit  until it starts to foam. 

Mix together flour, sugar and salt. Add in milk, eggs and butter. Mix on low for 2-3 minutes

Oil the bowl and let it rise for an hour and a half. 

Whisk together the cinnamon sugar filling ingredients. 

Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Use a pastry brush to brush the softened butter on the dough and sprinkle cinnamon filling.

Add apple pie filling and tightly roll.

Cut into 12 rolls. Place into a greased 9x13 pan.

Let rise for an hour, they should be puffy!

Pour heavy cream over, this is going to make them super soft and gooey.

Bake in the oven until golden brown.
