Chocolate Pudding Pie 

Mix your crushed graham crackers with melted butter, salt and sugar. 

Pour into a 9 inch pie plate and press into the bottom and sides. Bake. 

Whisk together egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar and salt until smooth. Set aside. 

Pour heavy cream and milk in to a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. 

Add your chopped chocolate and stir until melted. 

Add a bit of the hot mixture to the egg yolks, stirring, then pour the egg yolks into the pan. Stir until it thickens. 

Strain the pudding to remove any lumps and let it cool completely. 

Pour the pudding into the cooled crust. Let it chill overnight. The next day top with whipped cream!
