Chocolate Ganache Recipe

Chop up your chocolate and place in a bowl. Make sure it is a heatproof bowl!

Heat up heavy cream until it starts to simmer, then pour over the chopped chocolate and let sit.

Use a rubber spatula to stir the melted chocolate and ganache together. Let sit until it is the consistency you want.

Now you can use a spoon or a piping bag to create a drip effect on a cake!

Or put on top of a loaf cake!
